"I have been with State Farm for more than 10 years. I switched my vehicle for a new one and they jack my premium up about 1400. They withdrawl my money and six days later I cancelled the policy and they claimed the they did not charge any premuim for the old vehicle and only credit mt premuin of 43.00. They withdrawl my account of more than 500.00. They don't value your business with them."
"Hi Lia - we certainly appreciate your business after all these years. Prior to hanging up on us, we were trying to explain that your bill is pro-rated from the purchase date of the new vehicle. You are correct, the new car is also a lot more money to insure than your previous vehicle. State Farm did send you a pro-rated refund check from the date of cancellation. After we got disconnected, I sent you a text with an email address where you could request a further explanation of your bill and refund. I did personally look it over though and everything is correct. Again, I apologize if that explanation didn’t make sense initially. on"

"Replying to the owner...I have been with State Farm for 20 plus years with home, life and auto insurance. I now have their home and life insurance policy which Im getting transferred to another owner in the next week or so since State Farm has good rates. My last interaction was the beginning of this year when I switched my auto insurance to another carrier. I have had issues with this staff over the years, not Michelle. I finally took the step to leave a review."

"We had some water in our basement and State Farm made us pay out of pocket for a plumber to make sure the water wasn’t a plumbing issue before they would cover it. It turned out not to be a plumbing issue, and they still wouldn’t cover it."

Unfortunately, the policy excludes coverage for surface and/or sub-surface water as well as water or sewage, below the surface of the ground, which enters the home and damaged your property. That is not specific to State Farm and our office has to follow the guidelines of the homeowner's policy. If you have any other questions or concerns, please give our office a call, I would be happy to discuss this in more detail. Thank you."
